Our Commitment
We want you and your furry friend to love your Dog Bowl. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request made within 30 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in the same condition you received it
- Product is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt is provided
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Dog Bowls that have been used or filled with water.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at hello@dogbowl.co.za with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our team
- Provide us with tracking information for your return shipment
Important: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirmation that we've received your returned item
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days if approved (refund will be issued to your original payment method)
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different quantity or have any issues with your Dog Bowl, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Dog Bowl, please contact us immediately at hello@dogbowl.co.za with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or consider having it delivered to a secure location.
