Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa for R99 per order, regardless of the number of Dog Bowls you purchase. This allows you to stock up and save on your total cost.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa:

• Major Cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-3 business days
• Regional Areas: 3-4 business days
• Remote Locations: 4-5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Service Area

We currently ship only within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. All deliveries are made to physical addresses - we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, or if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@dogbowl.co.za. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
